The lack of Ride the Lightning is hugeeeee mistake. Even Four horsemen.
But the reason they put in some of the easier songs like For whom the bell tolls is because its for everyone. The cant just start of at wiplash and work their way up, They needed something for the new players.

no one is forcing you to listen to this music the problem with society as you say is that people dont respect what another person has a right to think, this music is art in my opinion but not yours obviously so be fair to the people who do enjoy it we dont start tearing into things you might like because we are realistic enough to know that it is not right to insult someone elses beliefs and opinions
I’m not a metallica fan. To be honest I have never really listened to them at all. But I am a big fan of lynyrd skynyrd and have been also listening to motorhead a bit. The boys are back in town is a good one aswell. Also love guitar hero so this might be a buy for me.

I think it would have been cool to have The God that Failed on there, I really love the bass line on that song, and the guitars and the bass really work beautifully together.. and The Call of Ktulu.. that’s a great song

I havn’t played Guitar Hero Metallica, Guitar hero gets boring after a while…I mastered it when i was 10…I love Metallica and all, but crappy game…
Wouldn’t you be able to load the songs that aren’t on it onto the game?
I mean. although some of the songs that aren’t on the game, aren’t original metallica songs, but, they did say and i quote ” every song ever recorded by Metallica shall be in this game ” when they came out with the idea of making a game for Metallica, as like a gift for making it into the Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Fame….
you guys are right, there are a few songs that would make this game really awsome, and i’m not saying that it isn’t but this songs would make it better: call of kthulu, ride the litning, blackened, the day that never comes, and the tribute and lecacy of clif burton pulling teeth!

That does not make any sence Theo, since they already have a cover song on Guitar Hero: Metallica why can’t they add another one? And the Cover song “Mercyful Fate” by Metallica is basicly 5 Mercyful Fate songs mixed together.
And well even if they added the original one by Thin Lizzy ( Now don’t call me a retard because i know the original one is an old Irish Song, but metallica’s “Whiskey in the jar” is basicly a cover of a cover in other words Metallicas Whiskey in the jar is a cover of Thin Lizzys Whiskey in the jar wich is the cover of the irish song) they would’ve removed “The boys are back in town” i think, and that’s pretty much the most famous song by Thin Lizzy and Metallica did pick the Setlist of the other Bands.

Me and my wife started playing GH a couple of months ago and we love it.I have all the GH games and most of the RB games,but I wish they would come out with a better Country track!

They got some problems: No Blackened, no Ride The Lightning, No Ain’t My Bitch, no Trapped Under Ice, no Whiskey in the Jar, no St. Anger (fuckin’ heavy song!), no The Day That Never Comes. Seriously, I’m only 12, and i’ve listened to all of the shit that Metallica’s played. so why not put everything that Metallica’s played on the game? Because the creators of this game are DOUCHEBAGS!!!
