Now its time to go back down Guitar Hero Memory Lane and play some GH classics from the old days! Enjoy!

Custom 24

SC 245

The two styles of guitars that will be in the game are the Custom 24, the company’s best selling guitar, as well as the SC 245, a vintage-style electric guitar. Both are pictured above.

Apparently Guitar Hero approached PRS Guitars with the idea to put them in the game and they were extremely excited about it from the begginning. Paul Reed Smith himself said his kids are avid guitar hero players and that he definitely sees huge potential and oppurtunity for the game and the songs and items in it.

I would send you to the Paul Reed Smith Guitars website, but it seems to be down at the moment. Probably all the GH traffic!

For the past month fans have been voting on the songs that will be included in the upcoming Guitar Hero Smash Hits game that will drop June 26th, 2009. You can head over to smashhits.guitarhero.com to check out whats going on!

Today the third set of songs were released that are to be featured in the game!

They have allot of good songs on there, but I don’t see my personal favorite “Jessica”  from the Allman Brothers Band. It will be cool to play some of these with drums though!

Here are all the known cheats for Guitar Hero Smash Hits in the Nintendo Wii console.

Hyperspeed
RGBYGYRR

Allows the option to speed up the note highways for each instrument. Guitar, bass, and drums all have their own separate hyperspeeds.
Always Drum Fill

Allows the option to make all characters invisible on stage
Air Instruments
YRBGYRRR

Allows the option to make all instruments invisible on stage

Always Slide
BYRGBGGY

Turns all notes on guitar into touch pad sliding notes connected by purple lines. This does not apply to chords and also disables itself when you join an online match. You cannot earn Achievements while this is on.

Vocal Fireball
GBRRYYBB

Allows you to change the color of the fireball on the vocal track. Choices are Normal and Pink.<

Star Color
GRGYGBYR

Allows you to modify the color of the note gems while star power is active. The only two options are Normal and Gold.
